1. Company Overview

ZURRIES BILLINERY (PVT) LTD is a legally registered company in Sri Lanka, founded on December 23, 2024, under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007.

We are a customer-focused e-commerce business serving customers in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, and the United States. All transactions are processed in USD.

2. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all our terms and policies. You must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to make purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud.

3. Product Listings & Pricing

Product Representation: We strive for accuracy in all product images and descriptions. Minor variations in color or detailing may occur and do not qualify for returns or disputes. All prices are in USD. The price displayed at checkout is final, but it does not include any customs duties or import taxes, which are your responsibility.

4. Order & Payment

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full payment amount at checkout. All payments are processed via DirectPay with mandatory One-Time Password (OTP) verification. Due to this security measure, any claims of "unauthorized transactions" will be vigorously challenged with documented evidence, including OTP confirmation logs.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to all 23 supported countries.

• Handling Time: 4-7 business days.

• Transit Time: 1-23 business days, with some international orders taking up to 30 calendar days.

• Lost Parcels: If your package isn't delivered within 30 days after the original shipment date, you can contact us to apply for a full refund. In the rare event that the package eventually arrives after the refund has been processed, you can keep the item with no need to return it.

• Final Delivery: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the courier, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

• Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for defective products. You must report the issue within 14 calendar days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

• Non-Defective Returns: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse."

• Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 20 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Eligibility: You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it AND before it is marked "Processing" or "Shipped."

• Cancellation Restrictions: Orders cannot be canceled if the 24-hour window has passed or the item has been shipped.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka. We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.

10. Fraud & Chargeback Notice

We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent disputes. All unjustified chargebacks will be aggressively contested with evidence, including OTP confirmation logs, delivery scans, and communication records. Customers who file false chargebacks will be permanently banned and may be subject to legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the exclusive property of ZURRIES BILLINERY (PVT) LTD and is protected by international copyright laws.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of our service is at your sole risk. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our service or products.
