Order & Payment Questions

Q4: What payment methods do you accept? A4: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via DirectPay, with mandatory OTP verification.

Q5: Will my card be charged immediately? A5: Yes, payment is captured immediately upon successful checkout.

Q6: Can I change or cancel my order? A6: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order AND before it has been shipped. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Shipping & Delivery Questions

Q7: Where do you ship? A7: We offer free standard shipping to 23 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. See our Shipping Policy for the complete list.

Q8: How long will delivery take? A8: Orders are handled in 4-7 business days and have a transit time of 1-23 business days. Some international orders may take up to 30 calendar days. Important: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.

Q9: What if my package is lost? A9: If your package isn't delivered within 30 days after the original shipment date, you can contact us to apply for a full refund. In the rare event that the package eventually arrives after the refund has been processed, you can keep the item with no need to return it.

Q10: What if it says "Delivered" but I didn't get it? A10: Once a package is marked "Delivered," the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for loss after confirmed delivery.
Returns & Refunds Questions

Q11: What is your return policy? A11: We only accept returns for defective products, within 14 calendar days of delivery. We do not accept returns for "change of mind."

Q12: Do you accept exchanges? A12: Yes, we accept exchanges for defective products only.

Q13: How do I initiate a return or exchange? A13: Email us at contactus@zurriesbillinery.com with clear photo or video evidence of the defect. We will provide a pre-paid return label if your request is approved.
