This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery estimates, and related terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

• Regions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

• Handling Time: 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Transit Time: 1-23 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Maximum Delay: Up to 30 calendar days for international orders.

• Important: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.

1. Shipping Regions & Services

We provide free standard shipping to all eligible orders within our supported countries. Orders to unsupported regions will be automatically canceled and refunded before dispatch.

2. Processing & Delivery Timeline

Our handling time is the period for us to verify, quality check, and package your order. The transit time begins once the courier has possession of the package. Some orders may take up to 30 calendar days to be delivered.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Proof of Delivery: Tracking marked as "Delivered" by the courier is considered final proof of successful fulfillment. Post-Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for theft or loss after a package has been marked "Delivered." Disputes based on "Item Not Received" after a delivery scan will be fully challenged.

4. Lost in Transit

If your package isn't delivered within 30 days after the original shipment date, you can contact us to apply for a full refund. In the rare event that the package eventually arrives after the refund has been processed, you can keep the item with no need to return it.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are marked as "Processing" or "Shipped." Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or accidental purchases do not qualify for refunds once the order has been shipped.

6. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost.

You, the customer, are solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon the package's arrival. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Refusal to pay these fees and the subsequent return of the package will not qualify for a refund of the original shipping costs.

7. Fraudulent Transactions & Chargeback Policy

We will vigorously dispute any chargebacks for reasons such as "Item not received" (when tracking shows delivered) or "Unauthorized charge" (on an OTP-verified payment). Customers who submit unjustified chargebacks will be blacklisted and reported.
