1. Shipping Regions & Services
We provide free standard shipping to all eligible orders within our supported countries. Orders to unsupported regions will be automatically canceled and refunded before dispatch.
2. Processing & Delivery Timeline
Our handling time is the period for us to verify, quality check, and package your order. The transit time begins once the courier has possession of the package. Some orders may take up to 30 calendar days to be delivered.
3. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Proof of Delivery: Tracking marked as "Delivered" by the courier is considered final proof of successful fulfillment. Post-Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for theft or loss after a package has been marked "Delivered." 4. Lost in Transit
If your package isn't delivered within 30 days after the original shipment date, you can contact us to apply for a full refund. In the rare event that the package eventually arrives after the refund has been processed, you can keep the item with no need to return it.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are marked as "Processing" or "Shipped." Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or accidental purchases do not qualify for refunds once the order has been shipped.
